How can I cancel my regular booking?

Log in to your account, click ‘Manage this Relationship’ and then click ‘Cancel all Bookings‘ at the bottom of the page.


From here you will be invited to fill in a web form on which booking relationship you would like to cancel, and why. Please leave plenty of detail and we will be in touch to assist shortly.

If you wish to cancel because you were unhappy with the service provided, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue, including finding a new cleaner.

Please note: If you cancel a booking fewer than 24 hours to the day of the cleaning you will lose your deposit.
