How can I alter the time, date or frequency of my weekly or fortnightly booking?

You can request a change to the date, time or frequency of your regular booking by logging into your account, click on ‘Home’ and ‘Manage this relationship‘.


After, click on ‘Change a booking‘ and select from the drop down which booking you would like to change. Enter the details you would like to change and hit ‘review your changes’.


Next a preview of the entered changes is displayed, click “send my request” and the new details will be sent to your cleaner for their confirmation. If your cleaner accepts the new date, time or frequency, you will receive a text and email confirming the change. If the cleaner cannot accept the change we will also contact you.
