Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you feel the service was not provided to your full satisfaction, we would like to encourage you to have a chat with the cleaner as soon as possible. Therefore, you will receive the cleaner’s phone number 2-3 days before the cleaning.

If you cannot resolve the issue, please use our cleaners’ rating system: After each cleaning, you will receive an email with a link to share any feedback regarding your cleaning experience with us. If you leave a negative review, we will be in touch shortly.
