Nope, you’re free to try out Cleanlinks.co.uk by booking a one-off clean.
Once you’ve tried us out, you can make a weekly or fortnightly booking and get the same cleaner every time. Unlike one-off bookings, repeat cleans are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. This means that within 90 days of your first booking, weekly customers must complete 10 bookings and fortnightly customers must complete 5 bookings.
We understand that plans change and you may need to amend or cancel a booking. If this happens, we’ll grant you an additional 30 days to fulfill your minimum commitment.
If you choose to cancel your bookings before fulfilling your 3-month commitment, you will be charged the full value of your outstanding bookings (up to a maximum of £60).
However, if you’re not satisfied with your current cleaner, just let us know and we’ll happily find a replacement for you.
