I placed a booking in error – how can I cancel my booking?

Please log in to your Cleanlinks.co.uk account and you will be able to cancel :

a) pending requests that have not yet been confirmed
b) individual bookings
          c) all future bookings

If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice, this will incur a cancellation charge. You may also be charged a penalty fee if you have a weekly or fortnightly booking and have not met your minimum booking commitment.
