How can I cancel a single clean?

Log in to your account, click ‘Manage this Relationship‘ and find the booking you want to change, then click “View / Amend booking” followed by the “Cancel this booking” button.

If you wish to cancel because you were unhappy with the service provided, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue, including finding a new cleaner.


Please note: If you cancel a booking fewer than 24 hours to the date of the cleaning you will lose your deposit
