I’m not happy with the service – how can I provide feedback?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your booking, please send us an email to info@cleanlinks.co.uk or call on 020 3322 1136 within 48 hours of your booking taking place. We will ask you how much you are willing to pay for your clean: we believe in transparency, so whatever you decide to pay will then be passed on to your cleaner.

If you have a weekly or fortnightly booking and you’re not happy with your cleaner, let us know and we’ll find a replacement for you. This is especially important if you are still within your 3 months minimum commitment period.
