You can request a change to the date, time or frequency of your booking by logging into your account, and clicking ‘Manage this relationship’. After, select the booking you want to alter and hit ‘Make a change’.Click on the blue button ‘Change this booking’ and enter the details you’d like to change and the new details will be sent to your cleaner for their confirmation. If your cleaner accepts the new date, time or frequency, you’ll receive a text and email confirming the change. If the cleaner cannot accept the change we will also contact you.
