As the cleaners on our booking platform are all self-employed and independent, we do not take part in key handling. We do usually recommend that the customer is there for the first booking, so they can meet their cleaner and show them around, and if they are then comfortable to leave keys, they may do so.
Rest assured, the cleaners on our booking platform are all trusted and vetted. We have all of their contact details on file, and we use an independent third party to carry out background checks on the cleaner.
